Fellows will help source investment opportunities, conduct diligence on live deals, research market trends, and develop independent investment theses—all with support, mentorship, and training from the Black Opal general partners and team. Additionally, Fellows will have the opportunity to join VC summer school to learn more about the basic mechanics of venture capital including term sheets, negotiation, board representation, and financial analysis.
